Here is a great video from the Attorney Steve foreclosure warrior series that discusses foreclosure injunctions and TRO (temporary restraining orders). There are many different types of things a lender or loan servicer can do that can result in creating grounds for you to seek an injunction. One of those not discussed on the video is the California Homeowner BIll of Rights and “dual tracking” homeowners and failing to have a single point of contact, or pursuing foreclosure with robosigned documents.
